Any product faults or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and returns must be requested within 14 days with proof of purchase, ensuring items are in original packaging with all accessories. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and faulty items qualify for a repair, replacement, or full refund; exchanges depend on availability. We cover return shipping for faulty products, while change-of-mind returns may incur shipping fees. For services, if the work is not delivered with due care and skill, is not fit for purpose, or does not match what was promised, you are entitled to a remedy, such as correction, re-delivery, or a refund for major failures.
