We focus on what your system is ready to release and rebalance, by gently uncovering and releasing all types of stress, helping you feel lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself. Each session is completely unique and guided by what you need in the moment. Techniques may include energy balancing, acupressure, sound healing, colour or crystal therapy, emotional clearing, and Reiki.
Kinesiology sessions are available in person or via distance healing from the comfort of your own home; both are equally powerful and effective.​
