I’m a Neuroenergetic Kinesiologist and Reiki practitioner based in Christies Beach, South Australia.

 

I am dedicated to helping women restore balance in their lives by supporting their overall well-being. I’m here to guide you toward becoming your strongest self while fostering personal growth and lasting positive change. Helping you feel more empowered, resilient, and connected within yourself.

I’ve been having Kinesiology balances since I was very young, but my real interest in the practice began in my early twenties.

 

After trying other options for some health issues, Kinesiology was one of the few that helped me. That experience inspired me to dive deeper into the practice, and I was amazed at how naturally it resonated with me.

 

​​​Outside work, I'm a cat mum to my beautiful Ragdoll named Ink, I like to unwind with a good book, take care of my plants, go to the beach, and have a big passion for food.

 

The knowledge I gained by experiencing my health issues first-hand has guided me to this day. My greatest drive is to help women and to make a positive impact on someone's life, by igniting your true balance, and empowering you to feel your best!
