Hi I'm Amie,

 

I’ve been having Kinesiology balances since I was young, but my real interest in the practice began in my early twenties.

 

After trying other options for some health issues, Kinesiology was one of the few that helped me. That experience inspired me to dive deeper into the practice, and I was amazed at how naturally it resonated with me.

 

​​​Outside work, I'm a cat mum to my beautiful Ragdoll named Ink, I created the name of my business after him with the initials I-N-K spelling out his name. I like to unwind with a good book, take care of my plants, go to the beach, and have a big passion for food.

 

The knowledge I gained by experiencing these issues first-hand has guided me to this day. My greatest drive is to help people and to make a positive impact on someone's life, by igniting your true balance, and empowering you to feel your best!
